Assault charges with a Semi-Automatic Firearm causing paralysis after client shot an individual in the back, severing his spinal cord, resulting in permanent paralysis from the waist down. Attorney Blair took the case to trial.  Client was found not guilty on all charges. 

Conspiracy and multiple charges of Money Laundering and Structuring, in the amount of $750,000.00. Client was facing 10 years prison. Attorney Blair negotiated with the Prosecutor resulting a full dismissal of all felony charges. Client received only a single charge of misdemeanor accessory, with 1 year of probation, and no jail time.

Federal Social Security and Medicare fraud charges in an amount totaling $80,000.00 defrauded from the government. Though Client was facing Federal Prison, Attorney Blair negotiated with federal prosecutors a deal that allowed argument for probation at sentencing.  Client received probation with no custody time or house arrest. 

Sexual Penetration with Use of Force charges, Attempted forcible Oral Copulation, False Imprisonment by Violence and Forcible Lewd Act on a child.  Client faces well over 15 years in prison. Attorney Blair negotiated with prosecutors and Client was ultimately pled guilty to a single misdemeanor charge disturbing the peace, no jail, no sex offender registration. 

Possession of Child Porn charges, a significant amount, and facing a charge that cannot be reduced under statute.  Attorney Blair negotiated an agreement with prosecutors a charge that will allows for misdemeanor reduction and expungement, as well as a sentence of probation and no jail time. 

 Manufacturing a Controlled Substance, Possession of Narcotics for sale, and operating an illegal drug lab, while in possession of an illegal assault rifle charges. Client was facing 15 years 4 months in prison.  Attorney Blair discovered serious violations of Client’s 4th amendments right protecting illegal search and seizure.  Case was ultimately dismissed.  

Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Domestic Violence with Strangulation charges. Attorney Blair tried the case and hung the jury on the first trial. Prosecutor set the case for a new trial and at the second trial, Attorney Blair obtained a verdict of not guilty.

Client had two concurrent cases in which Client was charged with Transportation and Sales of a Methamphetamine and Heroin and Various Pills, with a number Assault Weapons, Various Firearms and Body Armor. Client was facing well over 10 years in Prison.  Attorney Blair negotiated a sentence for probation and no jail time. 

Assault and Battery Inflicting Great Bodily Injury charges, which was originally investigated as a Hate Crime. The Victim in this case sustained a broken jaw and the loss of unborn child.
